Charity Golf Tournament


Golf Tournament Update 2009 The 2nd Annual Golf Tournament & Walk for Camp Lake Stephens was held on Friday, April 17, 2009, at Ole Miss Golf Course. Despite the worry of rain the day ended up being picture perfect! Over 79 golfers & walkers participated to help raise much needed funds for CLS. The day started with a complimentary lunch provided by Oby’s and warm-ups. A brief speech from Van Chancellor, coach of the LSU Lady Tigers was given. Van gave a great testimonial about his memories of Camp Lake Stephens and how vital this event was to Camp’s success. While the golfers were on the beautiful golf course, the walkers enjoyed a 2 mile walk around the golf course. Overall the event was a success and Camp Lake Stephens would like to thank each and every individual and business that helped make it happen!
