Master Plan Campaign Goal Raise $3.5 Million for Phase 1 Phase 1 Projects: Chapel - Finish construction and pay remaining debt on the indoor chapel partially constructed in 2005. $820,000 Dining Hall – Construct new building to accommodate growing number of campers and provide opportunity for program expansion. $1,385,030 Swimming Pool/Water Park – Replace damaged pool with new water park to defray liability insurance costs for current diving pool/board and to follow current camping trends. $849,390 Adventure Camp – Build four new tree-houses, each accommodating six campers and a counselor, to provide space for 192 more campers over the course of the summer. $70,000 Camp Entrance/Parking Lot – Expand parking lot to serve more campers, make badly-needed repairs and update the camp entrance. $174,900 Lake Improvements – Repair levee, drain lake to remove sediment, and replace unusable drain pipe. $200,000 Total $3,449,320
