PARENTS

Registration and Pick-up Times:

Registration will begin at 2:30 PM on Monday for all regular, one week camps. Mini Camps 2 and 4 will register at 10 AM on Thursday of their camp week.

Pick-up will be on Saturday, promptly at 10 AM (except for Mini Camp 1 and 3, which will be picked up at 4:00 PM on Wednesday). Please remain in the parking lot and wait for your camper to arrive with his/her counselor before going to get their belongings. ONLY the parent or guardian listed on the release form will be allowed to pick-up the camper. If there is a change in this person, call the camp office. NO EXCEPTIONS.

THINGS TO BRING:
 
All campers need to bring a sleeping bag or linens for single bed, pillows, towels, swimsuit (females please bring one-piece suits), toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc), raincoat or poncho, appropriate clothes, flip-flops (to go to pool only), close-toed shoes to wear around camp; flashlight, insect repellant, spending money for the store, camera (optional), guitar (optional), and Bible (please write name inside).

THINGS NOT TO BRING:

Please do not bring food, candy, drinks, gum, fireworks, pocketknives, electronic equipment (radios, CD players, DVD players, IPODs, gameboys, etc.); please do not bring anything of value (jewelry, for example), or medications (except those that are prescribed and left with the camp nurse).
Cell phones are NOT allowed, under any circumstances.  If your camper’s cell phone is discovered, it will be taken and kept until they are picked up.

STORE TIME:

Campers will have the opportunity to go to the camp store once a day.  The store offers a wide variety of soft drinks and powerade (.75/ 1.00) as well as chips, candy, and ice cream (.75 each).  Campers are only allowed to purchase two food/drink items each day.  The camp store also sells T-shirts ($15), caps ($12), and frisbees ($10).  Other camp items will be available during registration, pick-up, and day-to-day.  Please do not send bills larger than $20 with your camper.

MAIL POLICY:

Campers may receive mail at camp.  Letters may be left at camp during registration; please, no care packages.  To mail packages or letters, please put camper’s first and last name on the envelope and mail to:

CARE PACKAGES:

Campers may receive care packages through the mail only.  Care Packages can no longer be left at camp on the day of registration.  Please do NOT send food items, because campers are not allowed to have candy or food in the cabins.
 
MEDICATIONS:

ALL medications must be left with our Camp Nurse on registration day; she will administer the medications as necessary, or prescriptions dictate.

INTERNET OPTIONS:

This summer parents and other family members will have FREE access to CampLive while your children are at camp.  CampLive features LivePix (an online photo gallery) and LiveLetters (one way emails to send to your campers).  You will receive information on how to access CampLive closer to the start of your camp session.
